We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee! Request a return within 30 days of receiving your parcel to be eligible.
Send us an email (returns@gizmogeek.us) with the following information
- Order Number
- Proof of purchase
- Picture/Video of product (If applicable)
- Why you want to return the product (Faulty, Broken or Missing Parts)
We will then process your claim and will get back to you within 24 Hours. We may decide to give you a full refund without even having to return the product at all!
When we have processed your return we will send you the address that you have to send the product too, shipping is handled by the customer and all the fees accompanying it.
We recommend using Tracked Shipping on products over $50 as this helps prevent missing parcels.
Once we have received the product we will inspect the product to make sure the claim is correct.
When the return is approved we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. This varies depending on your card issuers policies.
